Delta Shower Head

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Delta Faucets. I received a product sample and promotional item as a thank you for participating. In my last Delta post, I taught you How To Install A Shower Head. It was fairly easy, and I completed the task in minutes. I have been a Delta In2ition Ambassador for a few months now, and I am very thankful for the handheld spray shower in the kids bathroom. It used to be a bone of contention between my oldest son and me. Pre-Delta, I had an attachment that connected to the old shower head which served as a handheld sprayer. I used the sprayer for cleaning out cloth diapers with my middle son, and most recently washing my youngest son’s booty when he had an accident. Oh the joys of potty training!

Whenever my son wanted to take a shower he would have to disconnect the sprayer, but he always forgot to reconnect it. When you are arms full of poopy boy, more often than not you will not check to see if it has been reconnected, turn on the shower, and get soaking wet because oldest son didn’t reattach! This makes for a pretty soaking wet, aggravated mom. On the Delta In2ition shower head, there is a lever on the side of the shower head that lets the user set the shower to one of three options. Now he has no excuses, and mom doesn’t get wet!

It is extremely easy for me now to wash Mason, as well as his soiled clothing whereas previously it was a huge pain in the booty! Bath time is easier now as well. My kids have an aversion to getting water in their eyes. Since the hand held has a few options for spray style, each kid can choose the strength and stream preference. Allowing the kids some control over their situation makes the actual cleaning part of bath time more fun and less teary. I am also able to position the handheld shower to keep the water from falling in their eyes. Happy kid equals happy mom!
